Important Community Contact Information…

The Legendary Run Community Association is managed by Towne Properties. Towne Properties Company website offers added convenience features for the Legendary Run homeowner.  You can log onto the website to:

  • Change your personal contact information for billing and Towne mailings (does not change your Legendary Run website information)
  • View account balance
  • View payment history
  • Make payments via credit card (a processing fee applies)

For a first time registration, you will need to:

  • Got to the Towne Property website (see link below)
  • Click on the ‘Click here to register’ link (right below the SUBMIT button)
  • Fill in all the fields using the Resident and Community Numbers from your Payment Coupon or your Quarterly Invoice
  • You will receive an email that will allow you to activate your login
  • Your email address becomes your Username
