Pool Hours 2022

The pool is available for Legendary Run homeowners1 who are in good standing (delinquent for no more than three months with all assessments and fully compliant with all rules and covenants), immediate family members, and their guests from Saturday May 28, 2022 through  Labor Day, Monday September 5th.

The pool hours for 2022 are listed below.

The pool may close earlier than the posted time above in case of adverse weather condition(s), health concern, safety issue, and/or to allow for a community event setup.

Pool Admission

If you or a member of your household has been ill or exhibiting signs of an illness during the past two weeks, DO NOT USE THE POOL.  Also, do not use the pool if you have or suspect you have diarrhea; an infectious or communicable disease; and/or open wound.

The pool capacity is 100.  Additional entries will not be permitted while the pool area is at that capacity.

All residents are required to show a picture ID upon entry.

There is a limit of four (4) guests[i] per household on Mondays (except national holidays), Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. No guests are permitted on other days. A resident must always accompany guests in the pool area.

1 Should a homeowner lease their home on a long-term (6 months or more) basis, the lessee’s family may use the pool if the Property Management Company is notified in writing , but the homeowner then forfeits their rights to use the pool.

[i] A guest is someone who does not share the same mailing address with the resident(s).
